Showcase your Science and Brand to Attendees
APS offers many ways to expand your corporate exposure at the Scientific Meeting. For a full listing of standard available options, please see the online opportunities menu.
Science in the Learning Lounge
Engage your target audience through a 30-minute talk, demonstration, or video through a live presentation held in a dedicated Learning Lounge within the Experience Exchange which holds up to 75 attendees. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Each showcase setup will include a podium, basic AV, and seating. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the theater and in the mobile app available to all attendees. Verbal reminders will be announced overhead in the Experience Exchange to attendees prior to the start of the presentation.
Participate in one of the most popular events at the Scientific Meeting. Your organization may provide a non-CE industry poster presentation. Industry posters are situated in a dedicated area of the Experience Exchange and offer a way of presenting your scientific study, white paper, or research in progress. Please note abstracts must be submitted by February 15.

Gain maximum exposure to almost all attendees as the mobile app is the only means for attendees to view the schedule for sessions, speakers, locations, and other important Meeting details. The exclusive title sponsor receives additional exposure on the app as participants log on, extra visibility in the sponsor/exhibitor listing, a prominent rotating banner ad in the app, and other valuable benefits.
Grab the attention of the attendees and provide a great service! A charging station offers a convenient area for attendees to charge their devices. Each station seats 4-6 individuals with cabling for most mobile phones, tablets, and small laptops. The station will be branded with your company graphics and placed in a high-traffic area.

APS will offer a mobile app that attendees can download and access to provide a full listing of all sessions and speakers, exhibitor and sponsor information, maps, up-to-the-minute room changes, and everything an attendee should reference during the Scientific Meeting making this a great place to gain visibility with a banner ad, push notification, or other exhibitor enhancements. Typical impressions are in the tens of thousands throughout the conference.
We offer billboard advertising opportunities to companies exhibiting or presenting corporate showcases or major studies at the conference. Reach meeting attendees with billboards that are located in high traffic locations.
Connect with leaders in the field of pain management at the APS Scientific Meeting by having your literature provided directly to attendees as they check in at registration. Participation allows you to enhance your presence and increase the traffic to your booth.
Pre-show lists allow you to reach those pre-registered for the Scientific Meeting. Place a banner ad on the Scientific Meeting landing page on the APS website. The Meeting landing page is one of the highest traffic pages on the APS website. As conference approaches, the traffic builds significantly and stays active well after the Meeting. Postings are in 30-day increments.
Ancillary Meetings
Companies and organizations may apply to hold closed ancillary meetings in conjunction with the Scientific Meeting. Exhibiting
APS also offers exhibiting opportunites. Exhibiting at the 2019 Scientific Meeting offers you concentrated exposure to more than 700 attendees who are specialized physicians, psychologists, nurses, physical therapists, and scientists trained in the research and treatment of pain. APS meeting attendees want to hear about your institution’s latest research. Through exhibits, industry-sponsored posters, and sponsored town hall talks in the learning lounge, you will have the opportunity to share your latest discoveries and solutions with the pain community.
