Organization and Membership

The Southern Pain Society (SPS) welcomes professionals in the field of pain treatment, education and research. It is the largest of the regional sections of the American Pain Society, with approximately 200 members, and includes representatives of multiple disciplines. It serves the following states and regions: Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, and Puerto Rico.
