APS membership dues have always been set according to income levels to ensure that those interested in belonging to the society would be able to afford it.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. A $100 processing fee will apply to all cancellations ($30 for preconference cancellations). No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after February 19. All refunds will be issued after the meeting.
Program Changes and Cancellations
Please note: APS reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions because of low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the meeting must be canceled, registrants will receive a full refund of their paid registration fee. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or other expenses related to attending the meeting.
