Submit an Abstract for Industry-sponsored Symposia
Opportunities are available to host a corporate symposium, deliver hands-on training, share best practices and case studies, demonstrate your technology, or align your brand with hot trending topics. For consideration, submit your abstract by January, 22.

Presentation Types
All presentation types are scheduled to take place Monday, March 5 - Tuesday, March 6, 2018. Presenters must be willing and able to present on these dates.
Symposium ($5,000 or $12,000)
Host a Corporate Symposium to deeply connect with pain professionals in these theater-set sessions for 25 or 75 people. Symposia are 60 minutes in length.
Speaking opportunity includes: complete audio visual package, signage outside classroom, lead retrieval, two full meeting registrations, and the option to add food & beverage (at additional cost).
Hands-on Training ($3,500)
20-minute demonstrations are the perfect way to showcase and sell your product by training the end-user on its precise benefits, applications, and ease of use in the Hands-On Lab.
Speaking opportunity includes: workshop/lab table set up, complete audio visual package, lead retrieval, and two full meeting registrations.
Solutions Theater ($5,000)
Share information and best practices to pain professionals with unmet needs from whom you seek deeper engagement in these 20-minute sessions set for 80 people.
Speaking opportunity includes: complete audio visual package, signage outside classroom, lead retrieval, two full meeting registrations, and the option to add food & beverage (at additional cost).
Hot Topic Conversation Space ($20,000)
Align your brand with hot trending topics that will attract pain professionals because of relevance and the opportunity for discussion and collaboration. Sponsor-led and open conversations occur at scheduled times in an area branded to your company.
Speaking opportunity includes: four full meeting registrations, 20' x 20' branded space, furniture with built-in charging stations, cleaning, ability to custom design space (at additional cost).
Tech Zone ($3,500)
Meet, engage, and demonstrate your technology or app to key influencers and decision makers who are actively seeking solutions for their institutions and practices during networking events for a total of 6.5 contact hours.
Speaking opportunity includes: 24" x 24" x 42" pedestal counter with logo, a standard stool, one standard 120 watt electrical outlet, hardline direct internet connection, lead retrieval, one full meeting registration
Each presentation type has a maximum number of participants included, and additional registrations may be added for a cost. Please note that presentations must be educational and informative in nature and not designed as a sales pitch. Sessions should offer attendees an opportunity to interact with the presenter(s) (e.g.; facilitate lively discussions, include time for Q&A) and provide attendees with clear ideas for how they can use the information learned in the session in their day-to-day research and/or clinical settings.
The American Pain Society recommends that proposals reflect APS' multidisciplinary approach to pain; therefore, you may choose to include faculty representing varied areas of pain science, translational research, and treatment.
Submission
The submittal system will remain open from January 11, 2018 to January 22, 2018. The system will close at 11:59 pm Pacific Time on January 22.
