IASP Seeks Editor-in-Chief for 'Pain' Reports
IASP Post Aug 4, 2015
The IASP Council has approved plans to publish PAIN Reports, a peer-reviewed, online-only journal devoted to pain research and management. The new journal, scheduled to launch in spring 2016, will be multidisciplinary in scope and clinically focused, covering subjects appealing to practitioners and researchers worldwide. It will publish brief original reports, communications, and full-length articles.
With the publishing venture approved, IASP now seeks to recruit an editor-in-chief for the new journal. This individual should have stature in the field of pain, a distinguished publication record, and editorial experience.
Additional details about PAIN Reports and the position of editor-in-chief are available here. Applications will be accepted through October 30. Please direct all queries to Jeff Mogil and applications (electronic submission preferred) to painreports@iasp-pain.org.
