Past APS President Dr. Richard Payne Has Passed Away at Age 67
Dr. Payne was a member for nearly four decades, served the Society as President from 2003-2004, held numerous committee appointments throughout the years, and received the Distinguished Service Award in 1988. His contributions to the field and the Society were countless, and he will be greatly missed.
