Re-Opening PCORI Funding Opportunity
PCORI re-opens funding announcement, "Comparison of Surgical and Nonsurgical Options for Management of Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain."
The goal of this announcement is to support patient-centered CER that addresses questions about the effectiveness of lumbar fusion versus optimized, multidisciplinary nonsurgical approaches. Up to $22 million in direct costs will be available to support 1-2 studies in this area.
