Eligibility
Types of products and services presented at the APS 34th Annual Scientific Meeting include manufacturers or distributors of
- medical supplies or equipment
- medical devices
- pharmaceuticals
- laboratory equipment or instruments
- software
- clinical research
- laboratory testing
- clinical trial management
- medical textbooks/publishing
- alternative delivery systems (home care, hospice)
- business management services
- education
- recruitment.
Installation
All exhibits must be set up by 2 pm on Wednesday, May 13, without exception. The Experience Exchange is carpeted in Palm Springs.
Dismantling
The official closing time of the exhibits is 10:30 am on Friday, May 15. All exhibit material must be packed and ready for removal from the exhibit area.

Important A/V Information
It has come to the attention of APS that an unauthorized company is soliciting APS exhibitors for Audio-Visual (A/V) Services at the APS Annual Scientific Meeting. This company is not sanctioned by APS. The company listed in the Exhibitor Service Manual, MAC Productions, is the only approved A/V provider. Please contact Joey Maginot, Administrator, Professional Relations and Development, at 847.375.4873 or jmaginot@americanpainsociety.org.
Important Hotel Information
It has come to the attention of APS that an unauthorized company is soliciting APS meeting attendees and exhibitors to book hotel rooms at the Annual Scientific Meeting host hotels. The host hotels do not contact attendees to book rooms. This is not sanctioned by APS. We have been advised that the unauthorized solicitors are requesting credit card information. Due to Payment Card Industry procedures, we recommend you do not give out this information.
