Orchid Event Solutions is coordinating all hotel reservations for the 2015 APS meeting. Reservations must be made through Orchid by Saturday, April 11, 2015, in order to receive the group rates below. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. For sub-blocks of 5 or more, please complete the group block request form and fax or mail it back to Orchid Event Solutions.

Deposit
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check equaling the amount of one night's room and tax for each room reserved.

Cancellations/Changes/Refunds
Deposit of one night's room and tax will be forfeited entirely for room cancellations at any time. Hotels may impose fees for early departures. This policy is at the discretion of the hotel and the amount of the fee varies by hotel. To avoid an early departure charge, verify your date of departure prior to check-in.

Send requests for changes or cancellations in writing via email or fax to Orchid Event Solutions through May 5, 2015. After May 5, contact hotels directly to make changes or cancellations.

Hotel Suites
Please email Orchid Event Solutions if you are interested in booking a hotel suite. There are a limited number available at a discounted rate for APS attendees.
