Registration

APS membership dues have always been set according to income levels to ensure that those interested in belonging to the society would be able to afford it.

The 2015 registration rates for the Annual Scientific Meeting have been changed to ensure that everyone interested in coming to the meeting will be able to attend without financial hardship. Symposia are included in the cost of basic registration, but your selection for each time slot will help APS staff determine space requirements.

Online registration is now closed. You can still register by:

  • calling APS Member Services at 847.375.4715.
  • complete the registration form and fax or mail to APS.
  • register onsite in Palm Springs during the following times

    Wednesday, May 13: 12-6 pm

    Thursday, May 14: 7 am-5 pm

    Friday, May 15: 7 am-5 pm

    Saturday, May 16: 7:30-11:30 am

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. A $100 processing fee will apply to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after April 30. All refunds will be issued after the meeting.

Program Changes and Cancellations

Please note: APS reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions because of low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the meeting must be canceled, registrants will receive a full refund of their paid registration fee. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare, or other expenses related to attending the meeting.
