The APS Nominating Committee solicits your nominations for election to positions on the 2014 Board of Directors and Nominating Committee.
The Secretary and three Directors-at-Large will be elected to take office at the 2014 Annual Scientific Meeting. Additionally, the 2014 seven-member Nominating Committee will be elected, which includes three past presidents and four members at large.
Nominees must be APS regular members and should demonstrate leadership qualities, have the ability to develop, communicate and sustain the society’s vision, possess strategic thinking, motivation, negotiation and communication skills and also exhibit a sense of mission and dedication to the society, its members and the purposes we serve.
