FlexAgain – The Best Alternative Overall To Relief Factor

FlexAgain is currently the best joint pain supplement on the market and is far superior to Relief Factor.

Not only does it have better doses of all of the useful ingredients found in Relief Factor, but it also replaces the unproven one, horny goat weed, with a selection of high quality ingredients that have been proven to offer a range of benefits to joint health.

The FlexAgain formula contains 1,100 mg of omega 3 fatty acids, 15 mcg of vitamin d, 70 mcg of vitamin k, 250 mg of ginger and blue galangal extract, 100 mg of bromelain, 500 mg of curcumin extract, 100 mg of resveratrol, 50 mg of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), 400 mg of glucosamine sulfate, 250 mg of chondroitin sulfate, and 100 mg of boswellic acid.

  • Each of the dosages has been optimised to maximise efficacy while avoiding side effects
  • Some of the ingredients will improve your overall health and offer benefits like boosting immune system and heart health in addition to the enhancing the health of your joints
  • Can be used for relieving pain, preventing the breakdown of cartilage, and boosting joint health and functions
  • Suitable for use as a treatment arthritis

Cons

  • Quite expensive and, due to being a relatively new product, has limited reviews
  • Only available directly from the manufacturer

Ingredients Breakdown

mega 3 fatty acids are able to promote the growth of cartilage, lubricate the joints, and help ease arthritis pain (1).

Turmeric, resveratrol, and boswellic acid is a powerful antioxidant and anti inflammatory combination that can ease joint pain, reduce swelling, prevent further damage and help repair any that has already been caused (2)(3)(4).

Vitamin d does not directly provide joint pain relief, but it will prevent you from developing a vitamin d deficiency. As vitamin d deficiencies can directly lead to poor joint health, it therefore achieves the same result in a roundabout way.

Meanwhile, the other vitamin in the formula, vitamin k, has been shown to be capable of treating osteoarthritis (5)(6).

Ginger and blue galangal extracts have been claimed to significantly improve joint pain symptoms, which is a stance backed up with scientific evidence and supported by the International Arthritis Foundation (7)(8

Chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine sulfate are frequently used together to relieve pain in the joints, especially when it is caused by conditions like arthritis. It can also help to treat the other symptoms of the condition as well(9).

Finally, the MSM and bromelain will enhance the effects of some of the other ingredients in the formula, while also helping to restore proper joint function (10)(11).

This incredible range of ingredients and benefits makes FlexAgain a joint supplement that can provide instant relief for virtually everyone, no matter what is causing the issue with their joints.A dosage of just 4 capsules a day also makes it incredibly easy to take, even if you aren’t a fan of swallowing pills.

Physio Flex Pro – The Top Alternative To Relief Factor Without Omega 3

Unlike FlexAgain, the Physio Flex Pro formula is almost totally different to Relief Factor, as turmeric extract is the only ingredient that they share in common. However, it is again notably more effective than Relief Factor, particularly in people suffering from osteoarthritis, specifically knee osteoarthritis where selenium (the unique ingredient in Physio Flex Pro) has been most studied.

Beyond turmeric extract, the Physio Flex Pro formula contains selenium, MSM, glucosamine hydrochloride, bromelain, ginger extract, chondroitin sulfate, and black pepper fruit extract.

Many of the ingredients used here are the same as those present in FlexAgain and will offer the same benefits, although not quite to the same extent, due to the lower dosages.

It is the selenium and black pepper fruit extract they have added to the formula that makes it well suited to combatting certain arthritis symptoms and pain though. As selenium in its purest form has powerful anti inflammatory properties it will reduce inflammation, which is the primary cause of pain for people suffering from arthritis. It will also help the cartilage to heal and grow and improve synovial fluid production. This will help to enhance joint flexibility and lubrication while preventing joint stiffness (12).

The black pepper fruit extract is then used as an absorption enhancer, to boost the efficacy of all of the other ingredients in the supplement (12).As Physio Flex Pro is admittedly quite a pricey joint supplement it is not going to be for everyone, especially as there are more well rounded options out there. However, if you are specifically looking for a natural supplement to treat osteoarthritis and improve cartilage health, you may not find many better options.

Pros

  • Its ingredients have been specifically chosen for the wide range of benefits the evidence shows that they can offer
  • Perfectly designed to help treat osteoarthritis and its symptoms
  • Can reduce joint pain and stiffness and boost cartilage and joint mobility and health

Cons

  • The ingredient dosages are a little lower than those used in the top overall joint supplements like FlexAgain
  • Extremely expensive so best reserved for people trying to combat the specific joint issues that it was designed for

Vibrant Health Green Vibrance – A U.S. Doctors’ Clinical Arthro-7 Healthy Joint Support – The Top Alternative To Relief Factor For Collagen

U.S. Doctors’ Clinical Arthro-7 Healthy Joint Support is another supplement designed to treat arthritis, only this time it focuses on rheumatoid arthritis. Not only is it one of many cheaper alternatives to Relief Factor, but it is also more effective and far easier to get hold of as well.

It consists of vitamin c, collagen, cetyl myristoleate (CMO), lipase 30, MSM, turmeric, and bromelain, and the formula is entirely GMO and gluten free.

Vitamin c and collagen both have great anti inflammatory properties that can help to reduce inflammation and pain in the joints, while enhancing their health (14).

Collagen then boosts the growth and repair of cartilage and connective tissues, which will repair the damage caused by arthritis and prevent the pain from getting any worse while it does (15).

CMO is a fatty acid that evidence shows is useful for reducing pain in the joints (16). Lipase 30 then accelerates the breakdown of triglycerides into fatty acids and glycerol, which will keep the joints lubricated, mobile, and pain free, all of which is beneficial when treating arthritis pain (17).

There is one issue with U.S. Doctors’ Clinical Arthro-7 Healthy Joint Support that has to be mentioned though. That is that all bar one of the ingredients are lumped together in a single proprietary blend which hides the exact dosage of each that is present, and due to the size we can be sure that they can’t all be perfectly dosed due to capsule space.

However, if you are just looking for joint supplements that are cheaper alternatives to Relief Factor and can help with rheumatoid arthritis, it can still be a very useful product.

Pros

  • Extremely affordable and easy to get hold of
  • All of its ingredients have been proven to benefit the joints in a variety of ways
  • Specifically made to ease joint pain in and provide joint support to people suffering with arthritis
  • Has received very positive customer reviews from arthritis sufferers

Cons

  • Lumping almost all of the active ingredients together in a single proprietary blend is a misleading marketing tactic

Vimerson Health Vegan Glucosamine Chondroitin Phytodroitin MSM & Burdock Root – The Best Vegan Alternative To Relief Factor

Vimerson Health Vegan Glucosamine Chondroitin Phytodroitin MSM & Burdock Root is not only one of the best cheaper alternatives to Relief Factor but it also replaces the fish oil with vegan alternatives.

This makes it a perfect dietary supplement for people who live a plant based lifestyle and want to improve the health and pain levels of their joints.

Its vegan formula consists of vegan glucosamine sulfate sodium, vegan MSM, burdock root 4:1 extract, and a vegan version of chondroitin called phytodroitin.

Burdock root extract is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, making it an ideal choice to improve the mobility and lubrication of the joints in people who can’t or won’t use fish oil supplements (18).

The popular blend of glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM then provides the joint and muscle pain relief and health benefits that it is known for, particularly in arthritis sufferers.

Vimerson Health Vegan Glucosamine Chondroitin Phytodroitin MSM & Burdock Root is, by no means, a perfect joint supplement though, and there are a couple of issues you need to be aware of.

For starters, as plant based ingredients with proven benefits for joint health are limited, Vimerson Health have included large doses of those they have used to make sure that they can have an effect. While this may offer some benefits, it also puts you at greater risk of experiencing side effects.

Speaking of which, as less clinical trials have been conducted on the vegan alternatives that have been used in the product, we can’t be 100 percent sure of either the positive or negative effects of the supplement.

All of that aside though, it has received rave reviews from previous customers who state that it can ease severe joint inflammation and pain and enhance joint and bone health. This makes it a great choice for vegans trying to find relief from joint pain.

Pros

  • Burdock root extract is rich in omega 3s, making it a great vegan alternative to fish oil
  • Extremely affordable
  • All of its natural ingredients are useful for treating joint pain, reducing inflammation, and enhancing the health of your bones and joints
The entire formula is made from vegan friendly herbal extracts

Cons

  • Some of the ingredient dosages are on the high side and could possibly cause people to experience side effects
  • Vegan versions of the traditional organic ingredients are less researched, making it more challenging to determine both the benefits and side effects that it could produce

Nuzena Joint Support + – The Best Cheaper Alternative To Relief Factor

If you are simply looking for a cheaper alternative to Relief Factor, there may not be a single dietary supplement better for you to purchase than Nuzena Joint Support +.

A supplement designed to enhance your overall joint and bone health, it can improve mobility and cartilage production and have an anti inflammatory effect on the entire body, reducing inflammation in areas besides the joints.

The Nuzena Joint Support + formula consists of boswellia extract, bromelain, MSM, turmeric, glucosamine, chondroitin, quercetin, and methionine. Most of these have multiple studies published on their ability to enhance the healing process of joints, but the last two are quite unique.

Quercetin is a flavonoid that can be found in a variety of foods and plants and is proven to help reduce joint inflammation and treat the symptoms of certain autoimmune diseases, such as arthritis (19).

Methionine is an essential amino acid and precursor to a range antioxidants. It can enhance the metabolism of cells, reduce and prevent inflammation, and help to combat issues caused by conditions like arthritis or fibromyalgia. At least one study published also shows that it works especially well when paired with glucosamine, as it is here (20).

The only problem worth mentioning with Nuzena Joint Support + is one that is common in cheaper alternatives to Relief Factor, which is that many of the ingredient dosages are far lower than their optimal levels.

That small issue aside though, if you want an anti inflammatory supplement that can help with joint issues far more than Relief Factor while being reasonably priced, it certainly wouldn’t hurt to give Nuzena Joint Support + a try.

Pros

  • All of its ingredients are proven to reduce inflammation and discomfort in the joints
  • The cost of a month’s supply is lower than most similar supplements, including Relief Factor
  • One of the easiest joint pain relief supplements to get hold of

Cons

  • Outside of glucosamine, all of its ingredients are present in dosages that are far lower than what is required to produce the maximum effects they are capable of

Animal Flex – The Most Popular Alternative To Relief Factor

Animal Flex is a joint supplement manufactured by Universal Nutrition that is one of the most well known and popular products of its kind on the market.

If all of the red flags surrounding Relief Factor have left you struggling to trust joint health supplements, using one by an established brand such as this may be the best way to put your mind at rest.

Its formula is split into three parts, including a Joint Construction Complex containing MSM, glucosamine hcl, and chondroitin sulfate a and c, a Joint Lubrication Complex containing flax seed oil and cetyl myristoleate, and a Joint Support Complex containing ginger root extract, turmeric root extract, boswellia serrata extract, quercetin, and bromelain.

It was created to help athletes and active people repair damaged connective tissues and protect, maintain, and lubricate their joints, while boosting their health, mobility, and function.

The MSM, glucosamine, and chondroitin will treat joint pain, inflammation, and arthritis, making the Construction Complex ideal to enhance the joint space itself.

Ginger root extract, turmeric root extract, boswellia serrata extract, quercetin, and bromelain are all known to provide relief from inflammation and improve your body’s ability to recover.

Finally, you have the fatty acid content supplied by flax seed oil and cetyl myristoleate. These are great alternatives to fish oil for enhancing joint lubrication.

Everything is then topped off with a range of vitamins and minerals that are added to enhance the health and functions of your immune system and enable effective and efficient healing.

The only issue with Animal Flex is that all of its three blends are proprietary blends, which means that we have no idea of the exact ingredient dosages or the effects that they are capable of producing.

That being said though, it is still known to be beneficial for joint support, particularly when it comes to inflammation, and it is far superior to Relief Factor in virtually every way.

Solgar No 7 – The Best Natural Alternative Available To Relief Factor

Solgar No 7 is advertised as a fast acting joint supplement and sold in countless natural health stores around the world. Much like with Animal Flex, this makes it a good choice for people looking for a supplement from a brand that they recognise, only this one is less geared towards athletes.

Its primary goals are to improve your mobility, support joint comfort and flexibility, boost joint and bone health, and enhance your body’s natural range of motion. They even claim it can start producing results in as little as seven days.

The Solgar No 7 formula consists of boswellia serrata extract, turmeric root extract, white willow bark extract, ginger root extract, UC-II standardized cartilage, pepper spice complex (cayenne powder (capsicum annuum [fruit]), bioperine black pepper extract), and ascobic acid.

Most of these ingredients have been seen countless times in the previous supplements we have looked at. However, white willow bark extract is quite unique.

A common ingredient in traditional medicines around the world, it contains a naturally occurring chemical similar to aspirin called salicin. It is believed to ease muscle, bone, and joint pain, arthritis symptoms, and fevers, flus, and various other medical conditions (21).

This unique ingredient is, however, the big question mark over the supplement. This is because most of the evidence is hyperbolic and hasn’t been substantiated in a clinical setting, despite the fact that it takes up more space in the product than anything else.

The fact that Solgar No 7 is sold so widely shows it does offer plenty of benefits and it is easily better than Relief Factor. However, with the most abundant ingredient in its formula not actually having been proven to be effective, it is best reserved for people desperately seeking a natural product from a brand name that they recognise.

Pros

  • Contains a number of ingredients that are proven to offer joint support
  • All of the ingredients are natural
  • The small serving size is perfect for people who don’t like swallowing pills

Cons

  • All of the beneficial ingredients are present in doses that are far less than optimal
  • The most abundant ingredient in the formula hasn’t been clinically proven to be of any use

Final Thoughts On the Top Alternatives To Relief Factor For Joint Pain Relief

Relief Factor is a perfect example of the fact that just because a supplement is popular does not mean that it is actually good. While the majority of joint supplement options available are superior, none of them are as effective as FlexAgain.

Filled with optimal doses of ingredients proven to provide significant joint support and enhancements, it is an ideal choice for anyone who is serious about achieving results. If, for whatever reason, FlexAgain does not sound like the right choice for you, one of the other supplements on our list almost certainly will be. However, for everyone else, we highly recommend that you give FlexAgain a try and see all of the benefits it can offer for yourself.
