Certificates of continuing education credit will be issued upon completion of the online meeting evaluation form.
Please click here to access the meeting evaluation. You will need to enter your username (which can be found on the second ticket of your name badge) and your password. If you are not a member of APS, did not register online for the annual meeting, or otherwise have not established a username and password, you will need to do so to access your evaluation form. Please contact APS Member Services at 847.375.4715 or info@americanpainsociety.org to activate your online profile.
APS encourages all meeting attendees to complete the evaluation, regardless of whether or not credit is being sought.
