Registration Information

The membership dues of APS have always been set according to income levels to ensure that those interested in belonging to the Society would be able to afford it. The registration rates for the Annual Scientific Meeting are also set according to income levels to ensure that everyone interested in coming to the meeting will be able to attend without financial hardship. Symposia are included in the cost of basic registration, but your selection for each time slot will help APS staff determine space requirements.

Online registration is closed. Please register onsite at the following times:

  • Wednesday, May 8: 1:30–6 pm
  • Thursday, May 9: 7 am–5 pm
  • Friday, May 10: 7 am–5 pm
  • Saturday, May 11: 7:30 am–Noon
