Meeting Information

The APS 32nd Annual Scientific Meeting will be held May 8-11, 2013, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA. Exhibit dates are May 8-10, 2013. APS is a multidisciplinary educational and scientific organization composed of clinicians and researchers. The organization was founded in 1978 and has grown to comprise more than 2,500 members. The mission of APS is to serve people in pain by advancing research, education, treatment, and professional practice. By exhibiting at this meeting, you will have face-to-face contact with multidisciplinary attendees from across the country who are leaders in the study and treatment of pain.

Installation

All exhibits must be set up by 2 pm on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, without exception. The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Carpeting is required and is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Dismantling

The official closing time of the exhibits is 10:30 am on Friday, May 10, 2013. All exhibit material must be packed and ready for removal from the exhibit area.

Exhibitor Badges

Please upload your names for exhibitor badges on the exhibitor badge website by April 29, 2013.  You are entitled to 4 badges per 10’x10’ booth.  Additional badges are $25 each.  The exhibit booth does not include a conference registration.  If you would like to attend educational sessions and/or earn CME, you will need to register as an attendee separately.  The conferencea schedule, including a list of educational sessions and descriptions can be found here.

Important Hotel Information

It has come to the attention of APS that an unauthorized company is soliciting APS meeting attendees and exhibitors to book hotel rooms at the Annual Scientific Meeting host hotels. The host hotels do not contact attendees to book rooms. This is not sanctioned by APS. We have been advised that the unauthorized solicitors are requesting credit card information. Due to Payment Card Industry procedures, we recommend you do not give out this information.
